Thank you for taking part on our zonemeeting. We got many thanks and hugs there. As an organizer I can tell you that your happiness and harmony was the best feedback for me. I enjoyed this meeting very much and I am very happy that we could show you our beautiful country.It was a story about brotherhood and friendship as well. Working together is something different than doing latihan together. It is good and important experience for our group.
I would like to thank for the help of my group (let me write some names: Bonard, Zsuzsa, Szilvia, Elmira, Ramina, Karen, Árpád, Hajni, Sophia, Klára) my friends, my family and the help of Valentin and Anwar. Thank you my dear friends!

Thank you for your registering.There are already more than 80 members registered! The Három Hattyú Hotel is being filled. We have some 2 bed rooms at the neighbour hotel (Hotel Fesztivál), but there are no bigger rooms. Please sign on the registration form only in 2 bed rooms. The places are limited, please contact us with special asks. Please don't forget to pay the money because the registration is accepted only after total money transferred to the bank.

How to get to Balatonfoldvar ?
Balatonfoldvar is about 100 km of Budapest.You can get there from the Ferihegy Airport easily by train.
At Balatonfodvar the hotels minibus will pick you up from the railway station for free of charge.
At the Airport information desk you can get all the necessary information and order taxi, buy bus, subway tickets.
To order a taxi, call: 2 111 111.

Trains are going often from two major railway stations: Keleti and Deli. Here is the schedule. www.elvira.hu
You can reach the train stations from the airport by:
- Airport minibus
- Taxi
- Public transportation. Public tarnsportation is inexpensive, safe and reliable.. Bus No200 takes you to the subway.
What to do?
Check on he train schedule according to your flight schedule. From Budapest to Balatonfoldvar.
Pick the suitable train station.
Keleti: take Bus200 to the end station, take the subway to Deak ter, change to line No 2 to Keleti pályaudvar.
Deli: take Bus200 to the end station, take the subway to Deak ter, change to line No 2 to Deli pályaudvar.
Go to the train station, you can buy the subway and bus tickets at the airport.
Arrive to Balatonfoldvar, from there you will be taken to the hotel. Call the phone number: 36 84 340 644.

ZONE 4 MEETING IN HUNGARY 14 to 20 June 2006
Information for participants
We will meet in Balatonföldvár at the south-east coast of lake Balaton, about 2 hours (by train) south of Budapest.Arrival day is 14 June, departure 20 June.
If you wish to stay at the same hotel before or after the meeting, please make your arrangements directly with the hotel. If you plan to visit the Hungarian capital Budapest and to get a glimpse of its rich cultural life, you can benefit by the counsel of Arpad Bodo (bordox@freestart.hu). He can advise you on nice classical concerts, on exhibitions, and accommodation.
Accomodation
The Hotel Három Hattyú (Three Swans) is situated on the banks of lake Balaton in a large green area. Many facilities are free of charge: swimming pools (in-door and out-door), jakuzi, sauna, billiard, table-tennis, tennis court, water bicycle, and a playground for kids. Boats and surfs are available on hire.

Room situation: There are standard bed rooms (with 2 single beds plus double sofa bed), and very few apartments (bedroom and living room, the living room with double sofa bed and 1 extra bed). Apartments are suitable for families.
If you share the bedroom with 4, please be aware that 2 sleep in a double sofa bed.
There are no single rooms. Therefore the high price if a single wants to use a bedroom alone. Please accept that we need possibly all beds and that we cannot guarantee your single room.
If you want to book a single room or an apartment, it is advisable to check availability with us first before you effect payment.
Meals
Breakfast is buffet stile.
A menu of hot lunch and dinner of your choice will be served. Drinks are not included in the price.
Pork will not be served.
The hotel offers half portions for children at 50% price.
Camping
There is a camping site 1,5 km away from the hotel which welcomes tents and camping-cars.
The price for tents is 400 HUF/day, plus for each person 500 HUF/day plus tax 200 HUF/day.
There are also 2 apartments for 3 persons (4500 HUF/day), and 2 apartments for 4 persons (6000 HUF/day).
Electricity, kitchen and showers are included.

How to get there?
By car and by train.
If you drive, the route M7 will prove to be the fastest. The Hotel’s parking ground can take up to 60 cars.
The train from Budapest leaves from Deli Palyaudvar (South Station) or from Keleti Palyaudvar (East station).
The last train to Balatonföldvar leaves Deli at 18.50. (Please use the web site: www.elvira.hu). The ride takes about 2 hours and the ticket costs about 1500 HUF.
Once in Balatonföldvar, there will be a free minibus service from the train station to the hotel. Call the number of the hotel: 0036 (84)340644.
If you arrive by plane, you can transfer to Deli by the Airport Minibus (can be ordered at the airport for a fixed price: 2300 HUF/person, 2005 price) or by taxi. Count approximately 1 hour to get there. Please try to be in time for the last train.
We are trying to arrange a minibus, in case there should be a few late-comers: If you believe that you cannot make it to the last train, please indicate the expected time of your arrival and your flight number on the registration form.
Children
Children older than 3 can enjoy free child-care (provided on request). Please tick on the registration form.
For older children / teens the hotel and Balaton offer sports, games etc.
Of course, volunteers are very welcome to offer programmes for teens; please let us know.
Excursion
Planned on Sunday 18 June, after lunch. Bus to Keszthely (beautiful little township), then on to Eszterhazy Cellar in Szigliget for wine-tasting and dinner. See registration form.
On the last evening there will be a grillparty in the Hotel. We hope that everybody will take part; please fill in the registration form.
Donations
Brothers and sisters from less wealthy Zone 4 countries need your help! Please fill in the donation entry on the registration form if you really want to see more participants coming from that part of the world.

Registration
Please register as soon as possible. The early bird season ends 14 April. After this date the registration fee will be raised. The registration is considered accomplished only when the money has arrived in our bank account.
IMPORTANT! When wiring the money, please make sure that you enter your name as sender!
Subud brothers and sisters who are lucky enough to be aged between 17 and 22 pay only 50% registraion fee.
We welcome non-Subud partners including our teens (under 17) and don't request them to pay the registration fee. But we are grateful, of course, for any free donation.
Please send your registration form by email, if at all possible.
Please keep a copy of your registration form for your record and have it with you when checking in.
Support
Please indicate on the registration form whether you need financial support, mentioning also your current function in Subud (if any).
Delegates who need support should apply directly to Valentin and Anwar. They can be registered only after approval of our Zone 4 team.
Members (non-delegates) who apply for support should turn to their national committee first. Between the national committee and Valentin and Anwar possibilities will be discussed (depending on available donations, on priorities etc.).
Visa
In case you need any support to obtain a visa, please tick on the form.
The advice obtained in Hungary: Apply for a TOURIST visa for INDIVIDUAL. If an address is asked in Hungary, take the hotel's name.
Please find out from the Hungarian embassy in your country what documents they request to grant a visa, and let us know a.s.a.p. in case you need from us e.g. a specific invitation letter.
Be aware that in some cases it may take months to receive a visa.
Payment
All prices / payments are in Hungarian Forint (HUF).
The Forint fluctuates at present around 250 HUF/EUR.
